All services are subject to a written agreement between the client and Bear Claims Consulting Group.

No Guarantee of Results

Bear Claims Consulting Group does not guarantee any specific claim outcome, settlement amount, or result. Every insurance claim depends on its specific facts, policy terms, deductibles, damage documentation, carrier evaluation, and applicable law. Prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes.

Contingency Fee

Our fee structure is established in a written agreement signed before services begin. The fee is collected only from eligible claim payments or settlements obtained on behalf of the client, subject to Florida law and the terms of the written agreement. No public adjusting fees are charged if no recovery is obtained.
